Pilot terms

GroundTruth is an early-access field-evidence service. A production pilot begins only after scope, geography, acceptance criteria, pricing, funding, retention, support, and authorized contacts are agreed in writing.

Evidence and decisions

Results are time-bound observations, not licensed inspections or guarantees. Automated checks can be incorrect. Customers remain responsible for decisions made from results and should request human review where consequences are material.

Payments and disputes

Displayed rewards are payable for accepted work under the stated criteria. Rejected or held submissions may be reviewed using original evidence, timestamps, integrity checks, and settlement records. Pilot-specific refund and dispute terms override this summary.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide lawful instructions, accurate locations, adequate funding, and objective acceptance criteria. They must not use the service to identify, track, discriminate against, deceive, or harm individuals.

Availability and liability

The public beta is provided on an as-available basis and may change. Service levels, warranties, indemnities, liability caps, and governing law must be set in the signed pilot agreement before commercial production use.

Suspension

GroundTruth may reject, pause, or cancel unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, unfunded, or abusive missions and may preserve relevant records for security and dispute handling.
