Privacy notice

GroundTruth processes campaign instructions, wallet addresses, submitted observations, photos, approximate device-reported location, timestamps, verification results, and payment references to operate field-evidence missions.

Purpose and minimization

We use this information to dispatch work, verify that evidence satisfies the brief, prevent replay and abuse, settle rewards, resolve disputes, and maintain an audit trail. Buyers must request only data necessary for a legitimate field-research purpose.

Visibility

Open missions expose the brief, reward, deadline, and target-site label to prospective operators. Exact submitted coordinates and original evidence are restricted to authorized campaign access. Public receipts redact coordinates. Blockchain settlement records are public by design.

Retention and deletion

Pilot customers must agree a retention period before launch. Evidence is retained only as long as required for delivery, dispute resolution, security, and applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized. To request access or deletion, use the contact link in the site header and include the relevant campaign or task ID.

Service providers and transfers

Infrastructure, storage, verification-model, blockchain, and payment providers process data as needed to deliver the service. Do not submit sensitive personal information, faces, identity documents, payment cards, private addresses, or health information.

Security

Evidence storage is private, access links expire, capabilities are hashed at rest, and public views redact coordinates. No system is perfectly secure; suspected vulnerabilities should be reported through the security contact.
