Acceptable-use policy

Every mission must have a legitimate business purpose, use objective evidence criteria, minimize personal data, and be safe and lawful for the field operator and the public.

Prohibited missions

• Trespass, covert surveillance, stalking, harassment, or photographing private spaces
• Tasks involving minors, weapons, law enforcement activity, medical decisions, or unsafe physical acts
• Identity impersonation, credential collection, regulated purchases, financial transfers, or deceptive reviews
• Collection of faces, identity documents, payment information, private addresses, or other unnecessary personal data
• Competitor sabotage, discriminatory targeting, platform-control evasion, or any illegal instruction

Operator conduct

Operators must follow venue rules, avoid obstruction, respect requests to stop, never misrepresent authority, and leave when access is denied. A reward never justifies risk or confrontation.

Enforcement

GroundTruth may block a mission, withhold dispatch, hold evidence for review, suspend access, and cooperate with valid legal or safety requests. Report concerning work through the contact link in the site header.
